The majority of products are shipped within 2-6 days from the order submission. If you've not received an update of the product detail by the 7th day, you can contact us and we'll get back with the necessary details. 

As a small business looking to share the love of dogs, we partner with a supplier in both USA and Europe who will fulfill our orders based on the requirements and designs given, on an on-demand basis. As a result, we seek your kind understanding for the longer wait. 

We ship to most countries, and have warehouses in both Europe and United States. Depending on the product you purchase and the country in which you belong, the product may be dispatched from either continent.

Shipping fees vary depending on the providers, and your location. Add a desired product to cart and update your location to check shipping price to your place. 

Lost in Transit

We encourage choosing shipping with tracking, to minimize lost orders. In the event you do not receive, confirm first that the shipping address given is correct. If not, check with your local post office to see if it can help to locate the lost order.

Shipping for More Than One Product

As a small business, we partner with a supplier based in both USA and Europe to fulfill and ship our products, based on our requirements and designs, on an on-demand basis. Due to this model, shipping is charge on a per-product basis. That being said, we've managed to keep the shipping cost as low as possible, while still allowing tracking. And we'll continue to negotiate with our supplier for your benefits. 

Returns and exchanges are not supported if they're due to change of mind, unless given a justifiable reason. A free replacement is given if it's due to order issue, such as damaged / incorrect product. Before sending back for returns, please contact us first so we can provide advice and how to ship back. 

Do note any claims for defective or lost products must be submitted within four weeks after the product has been received. 

We accept all credit and debit cards through PayPal as a payment gateway. You can also pay through your PayPal account.

Rather than entering your credit or debit card details on our website, we use PayPal as the payment gateway, ensuring a secured method of making payments. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use guest checkout on PayPal and enter your credit or debit card details.

This is a security technology that helps keep an internet connection between two systems secure, effectively safeguarding sensitive data (e.g. personal identifiable information) safe from criminal interceptions. With a SSL certificate, our website has an encrypted HTTP URL, preventing potential man-in-the-middle attacks. 

As fellow dog lovers, we run this business too, to support our paw friends. This translates for now, to donating 5% of our profit to a dog home. We hope to do more for street dogs and help them find a home as our business grows.
